ESSENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS & REQUIRMENTS:

• Train and coach new employees, as well as existing employees on company protocols
• Follow proper donor experience procedures and ensure all employees are following donor script and greeting donors in a friendly manner
• Communicate site needs, personnel needs, and personnel commendations to the manager
• Ensure timely requests of all pickups occurs
• Complete and send weekly supply needs
• Ensure site maintains cleanliness standards
• Ensure all equipment is in working order
• Must be able to travel between sites

• Able and willing to lift up to 50lbs continuously throughout the day
• Age requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age
