Job Description

SAVERS CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER

 

Summary:

The Savers Creative Project Manager is responsible for managing a high volume of simultaneous creative requests and facilitating an efficient project workflow from intake to completion, coordinating project reviews, and communicating project status with stakeholders.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to prepare and refine creative briefs, determine timelines, and gather all essential project details to produce each asset.
  • Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to requestor and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and traffic creative projects from kick off through the review/approval process to final delivery.
  • Serve as liaison between creative team and project requestor.
  • Manage Trello project queue and timelines with the creative team.
  • Coordinate project reviews (via email, meetings, or Ziflow) and track comments, change requests, etc.
  • Participate in weekly creative meetings to review project status and address any project bottlenecks.
  • Expedite “rush” jobs in such a way that process does not obstruct the current workflow.
  • Communicate project status to requestors.  
  • Ensure delivery of well-organized files to end user with relevant instructions
  • Inform Marketing Production Manager of any conflicts, delays, postponements, or any unusual situations that may impede the orderly flow of projects in the creative queue.
  • Align with creative team on any changes to BOX folder structure, job coding, file name conventions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Production Manager on optimizing creative project process, templates and documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proactive team player that can easily collaborate with a Marketing team in constant motion.
  • Highly skilled at planning, organization, and managing a high volume of simultaneous projects.
  • Able to anticipate roadblocks and identify solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable holding teams accountable, leading and coordinating project meetings, development of meeting agendas and record keeping.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work effectively amidst shifting priorities 
  • Takes initiatives and enjoys driving results. 
  • Experience using Box, Trello, Ziflow, or similar file sharing and project management tools
  • Understanding of basic design elements, print and digital specs, etc.
  • Proficiency in digital software, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, etc.

 

Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Creative Project Management role within a marketing department or agency, preferably managing multiple quick-turn projects for print and digital channels.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing/Advertising, Communications, or a related field

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word.
  • Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
  • Ability to receive detailed information visually through written communication (both physical and electronic).

  • Hybrid work environment: this position may be a combination of working remotely (working from home) and out of our main office located at 11004 SE 6th St, Bellevue, WA 98004 (as needed)
